Meeting the Brown Family of UNK

bag full of salmon eggs... caviar anyone? Or you can salt it and use it for bait

Silver Salmon, salt washed and drying until a thick layer of "crust" is on it then into the smoke house!

  1. It sounds like you are walking a lot. When will you need a driver's license? Do you suppose the fish/shrimp tasted so good because it is fresh and maybe they even know how to cook it better than beef or pork (not such local meat)? I love this blog.
